We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories once they have been shipped:
  • Bulk Chocolates
  • Bulk Candy Bar
  • Any food item where the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a unique Return Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
