We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sweet Candy World is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority! We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in the same condition as when you received it

Non-Returnable Items
